It all unfolds predictably, and the adventures that happen along the way seem repetitive and designed to fill time, providing no real sense of suspense.. The ethical, independent-minded kid has his unhip charms, and so does Hey Arnold! The Movie.. Kids surely will like it. And for adults, it's perfectly watchable in a Rugrats-y sort of way.. I really like this movie. thank you. This movie is an epic action movie that I believe in a few years from now shall be more appreciated than it is today !!...
